I've been extremely busy with work and being lazy. I hope everyone had a great New Years! We're still in January so I figured that it wasn't too late to post! I was going to do a whole summary of my 2011, but as I mentioned earlier, extremely lazy!

I had a great New Years with my family. If there's one thing people should know about me, it'll have to be my infinite love for my dearest family. Although I don't show it (I'm terribly awkward when it comes to showing emotions), I truly do appreciate each and every one of my beloved family members!

2012 has arrived and I'm excited to see what awaits ahead!

time for change!

throughout the past few weeks I did a big cleanup in my room, it was time for a change! I've decided to get rid of the carpet as it was causing so much dust and i just really don't like carpet. Floorboards were the way to go which finally went in last weekend! My room isn't big at all (according to the measurements - 3m x 3m with a built in) so thinking minimal was a must.

this is highly embarrassing to reveal, but this is what my room looked like before

STAGE 1 IS COMPLETE! next will be painting the walls and maybe adding a few shelves in my what-used-to-be closet . Then I can start buying a sofa/couch with a coffee table and a rug and so much more! It's so refreshing to have this change.

As always, a big thanks to my lovely friend Leah! She has always been such a great friend since High School and we've had so many adventures together! these adventures, for some reason, have always involved us bumping into 'bogans'. We were pretty much verbally attacked by these bogans and one of them (who was on a motorcycle) skidded his motorcycle near where we were which caused the wondrous mystical dust (dirt) to flutter up into the air, rebounding back onto us. Thank you guys, really. Besides that, we had such a great time as usual.

These are from some Sundays a go. My friend Leah and myself went to watch 'Glee the concert in 3D' - It was my second time watching it that Sunday! We actually watched it the Friday before but wanted to watch it again.

After the movie we stuffed ourselves with some churros. It was a lovely night.

It was such a long adventure trying to get to the location! We were running way behind schedule, only had a limited amount of time to shoot and everything was just not going right for me that day! Thankfully things turned around once I arrived! Things just fell into place once we started shooting and the day turned out to be such a fun one indeed!

Life has stopped me from shooting in a while! I work fulltime in a Hospital within the Human Resources department which is pretty hectic. It's good though as I'm able to save up money for the things I want!

Farewell 2010! I've had an amazing year this year! So much has happened, so much has changed (for the better might I add) and I can confidently say that I am happy where I am at the moment. Has anyone written up their New Years Resolution yet?

I purchased the Superheadz Clover San earlier this year but haven't had the chance to use it 'till now. I AM SO IN LOVE WITH THIS LITTLE CUTICLEZ! Just so you know (Because I get asked this quite often), I don't edit my film. When I collect the developed roll I scan and crop.

I also have another roll of film to scan so I'll upload them up when I can.

On another note; I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! One thing I love about Christmas is the fact that it brings all of our families together. I truly had a great Christmas this year! I think I might do a post on what I received this year haha.

Today a friend of mine and I decided to check out the Vintage & Retro Fashion Sale at Hibernian House. It was a cute little place, very cozy as well! I'll also add how beautiful the weather was today too!

I didn't take many photos with my dSLR today, mainly film. I'll have them up when I finish and develop my roll. I also bought a new book from Kinokuniya called 'How to be an explorer of the World'.

OH! Before we went home, We stopped at a boost bar to buy a few shakes. After my friend finished ordering and the girl asked for her name, I interrupted and said "Lady Gaga!". The girl and a few of the other workers laughed. I like to make other people happy! It makes my day.

When I first learned last night that Seba Jun, otherwise known as Nujabes, passed away in a fatal car crash late February. I was deeply saddened.

His songs really connect me to different memories of my life. And I think that's the whole reason why music was created. It's an outlet of emotion, It enables you to express, to connect yourself to different memories within your life. It also enables you to escape this world and explore another.

You will forever live within the music you have created, Nujabes.

Your creations will never be forgotten. It'll forever be appreciated by generations to come.

These photos are from last month, on my birthday. I was able to spend it with a few lovigans and was able to have a memorable day. The last time I celebrated my birthday (As in actually doing something) was when I was 8 years old.

Tuesday I caught up with a friend from High School. She was supposed to buy presents for people's birthdays but ... ended up shopping for herself haha. Lunched at Subway, talked over Cookie Shakes at Max Brenner and then played a game of Time Crisis 4 at TBville(Playtime Arcade).
